Robyn Straus has experience representing clients in complex litigation matters in state and federal courts. 

Ms. Straus began her career as a commercial and securities litigation associate at Jones Day, where she litigated contract disputes, adversary proceedings in federal bankruptcy court, and securities regulation.  She also represented white collar criminal defendants and conducted internal investigations in connection with Securities and Exchange Commission inquiries.  After gaining valuable litigation training, Ms. Straus joined RFB+Fisher Potter Hodas to pursue her long-held desire to represent individuals in high-stakes litigation in a boutique law firm setting. 

Ms. Straus received her B.A. from Princeton University and her J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law. During law school, Ms. Straus completed a semester externship at the ACLU’s Reproductive Freedom Project, which conducts constitutional impact litigation in state and federal court. Prior to law school, Ms. Straus worked in Regulatory Operations at Lyft, Inc. in San Francisco.
